  2.  Optimised for Greg Landweber's Kaleidoscopeｩ 1.7.1 Control Panel, for the MacOS8.

  4.  Just drop RainbowHigh into the Kaleidoscope Color Schemes folder located
  5.  inside your Extensions folder within the System folder.

  8.  with lots of people, namely Madonna, Antonio Banderas, Jimmy Nail, Jonathan Pryce..

  13.  Version 1.5.0 was released round about sometime in June 97

  15.  Version 1.5.2, on the other hand, was released,  round about 15th of July 97.  
  16.  A near complete overhaul, more like.  It used to be a bit more grey.

  18.  Version 1.5.4, released on the 31 July 97, fixes the actbs, dctbs, cluts, for that MacOS8 feel.
